About Andrew Macaulay

Before joining the firm in July 2022, Andrew acted as a Court Advocate representing a range of clients across the Northern Circuit, giving him an in-depth insight into the needs of clients.

He is able to provide practical support to clients with Employment Law matters, such as training contracts, through to Civil Litigation matters, including debt recovery, enforcement and infant settlements in personal injury cases.

During his time in the profession, Andrew has assisted with possession proceedings, provided corporate support in business transactions on TUPE transfers, and represented claimants in discrimination Employment Tribunal matters.

He has also provided advisory support to a range of employer clients on HR and day-to-day concerns. This includes regularly reviewing and drafting a variety of legal documents, including bespoke contracts of employment and staff handbooks.
