Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT): Our advice extends to identifying the SDLT implications of the transaction, together with any exemptions or reliefs that may apply and we can assist in completing the SDLT return,
Completion and Post-Completion Matters: As part of the service, we will assist in coordinating the completion of the transaction, including exchange of contracts, payment of the purchase price, and transfer of legal title. We will also advise on any post-completion matters, such as registering the transaction at the Land Registry or transferring utility accounts.
