David is a keen hill walker and helps as a volunteer with the Thirsk High School Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. He also enjoys watching Cricket, Football and Rugby Union.

About David Hallam

David has been a lawyer for 36 years and a partner/director at Hethertons since 1994.

He carries out commercial property work and is involved in all aspects of leases of business premises, including assignments and renewals. He also deals with: acquisition of development sites and subsequent plot sales; and agricultural property, including farm acquisitions.

He also carries out residential property work and deals with high value sales and purchases.

David is very client focused and aims to exceed his clients’ expectations in every job he undertakes. This is reflected in the large number of repeat instructions he receives.
