Hethertons helps family business secure commercial property

Our commercial property team are proud to have recently helped a husband-and-wife team take a major step forward in securing their future.

Matt and Nicola Cooper have fulfilled a long-held dream by purchasing the premises of both their two much-loved local businesses.

For Matt, this purchase marks decades of dedication, as he started his career as a valeter before building his own successful sales business, York Car.

His business now operates from a spacious showroom and service centre and provides his staff and subcontractors with job security and his family with financial stability.

For Nicola, who founded Liliput Day Nursery 16 years ago, the purchase allows her to invest in improving the building and show what the nursery has to offer for local families.

Our team help guide clients like Matt and Nicola through every stage of the transaction, including negotiating terms, reviewing contracts and securing the purchase.

Family businesses are an important part of our local economy and we take pride in helping local entrepreneurs achieve their long-term goals.
