Alongside our day-to-day legal work, we are committed to making a positive impact on the communities that we work with.
Our aim is to give something back to some of the most vulnerable people in our society and to those who support local businesses.
We’re also the proud sponsor of several incredible local sports teams and clubs, including Woodhouse Grange Cricket Club, Pocklington RUFC and Markington Cricket Club.

Two of our incredible team members, Kimberley Brookes and Phil Robinson took on the GSC Grays Charity Walk on behalf of the Two Ridings Community Foundation, a fantastic charity supporting Yorkshire communities with grants for grassroots developments and change.
We’re proud to be sponsoring talented cricketer, wicketkeeper batsman Joe Schofield of Acomb Cricket Club. It’s a honour to get involved in our local sporting community and watch some excellent players develop. We’ll certainly be cheering for Joe for the rest of the season and beyond!

Tiny Tickers – We chose Tiny Tickers as our charity of the year for 2021 and are really pleased to have raised money for this great organisation. The work that they do to assist families with babies afflicted by congenital heart disease is incredible.
We are proud to support the 10th Annual Poppleton Beer & Cider Festival, where all money raised goes back into the club to support their facilities, pitches and equipment for 450+ girls and boys in grassroots football.
Hethertons entered a team in the Hunter Gee Holroyd ‘Strike it Lucky’ event, helping to raise a fantastic £3,500 in aid of Martin House Children’s Hospice.
