Meet the exciting new additions to our Hethertons team

We are delighted to welcome three new team members and would like to introduce you to Millie Rhodes, Brian Henderson and Kirsty Schofield.

Millie Rhodes, our new Wills & Probate Assistant, is bringing valuable expertise in private wealth and succession to our team.

She has gained hands-on experience as a Legal Assistant, dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting fee earners with estate administration and grant-only matters.

With more than 40 years of experience in the legal sector, our new Private Client Senior Executive, Brian Henderson, is an expert in working with clients to ensure they have appropriate elderly care provisions.

He also specialises in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and regularly assists executors and beneficiaries.

Kirsty Schofield, our new Post Completion Clerk in our Residential Property Department, is getting stuck into her new role.

Kirsty is a natural at completing Land Registry applications, stamp duty submissions and performing the final checks on our property transactions.

She has taken up her new role following a career change from 10 years of teaching, where her skills in communication and time management have proven essential.

From everyone at Hethertons Solicitors, we would like to offer them a big welcome and we can’t wait to see what they are able to achieve.
