About Hayley Crossman-Shaw

Hayley has experience in a wide range of family and private client matters. Her expertise in family law specialises in separation and divorce, children matters, financial settlements and contested financial proceedings, as well as emergency injunction proceedings.

However, she has previous experience assisting with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration, which supports her current role. In particular, she has worked with elderly clients and those with reduced capacity issues.

Hayley works alongside the Courts and barristers as well as financial, mortgage and pension experts, to resolve complex asset issues.

She has also previously supported the participation of children and young people in decision-making to ensure that their opinions are taken into account during matters.
