I have been working with Natalie Hall over the past couple of months on a property purchase and I just wanted to drop you a note to say how wonderful she has been.

She has made an extremely frustrating and time consuming process as straight forward as it possibly could be, responding swiftly to emails, helping us understand the process and the implications, and generally being really lovely to deal with. She has made this stressful situation so much easier to manage by being efficient, personal and proactive.
